Job Description
The Registrar File Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and managing student or institutional records in a systematic and secure manner. The role ensures proper filing, retrieval, updating, and safeguarding of important documents to support efficient registrar office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and maintain student and institutional records.
- Retrieve documents and records upon request in a timely manner.
- Update and ensure accuracy of registry databases and physical files.
- Assist in data entry and documentation tasks within the registrar's office.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive records.
- Support registration, enrollment, and record verification processes.
- Maintain proper filing systems (both electronic and physical).
- Report missing or inconsistent records to supervisors.
Qualification
- Level 2+ in ICT or related field.
Experience
- 0 years of experience (fresh candidates can apply).
Skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of filing and record management systems.
