Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and plan Indirect Materials (IM) needs through close coordination with user departments.
- Source, evaluate, and approve suppliers, including conducting audits when required.
- Support user departments in defining optimal IM specifications.
- Secure best-value agreements by following the Tactical Purchasing Process and using appropriate contract formats.
- Implement and monitor relevant global or regional agreements.
- Place and track orders, control invoices, and report agreed KPIs to the Purchasing Manager.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher within a relevant field.
- Over three years of relevant experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company.

Additional Requirements
- Experience with and understanding of ERP and planning processes.
- Exposure to greenfield project purchases.
