Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery and production lines.
• Support preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies.
• Maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Education and Qualifications

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• OR
• Diploma/Level IV from a recognized vocational or technical institution in relevant disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Training in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities is an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of teamwork principles.
• Basic knowledge of continuous improvement and preventative maintenance.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of SHE policies and statutory requirements.
• Ability to adapt positively to change.
• Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage.
