Key Responsibilities

  • Front-Desk Operations: Manage and oversee daily front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients and visitors.
  • Correspondence & Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and accurately book appointments for clients and staff.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive, daily administrative and secretarial support to the management team.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a front-desk, secretarial, or administrative support role.
  • Professional Demeanor: A welcoming, customer-oriented professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in standard office software and tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
