The Foundation was established for charitable purposes, including: Contributing to economic and social welfare development by equipping individuals with in-demand skills that boost workforce readiness, reduce unemployment, and promote community economic growth; Delivering innovative, capital-efficient skills development programs that develop leadership skills, aiming to produce ethical and entrepreneurial leaders for Africa and the world.
